Seaford Lodge is proud to announce that one of our members, Right Worshipful Brother Neil Austin, has been installed as the Provincial Grand Master/Most Excellent Grand Superintendent of Sussex. The investiture took place at a special ceremony on 27th October 2025.
This marks a momentous occasion in the history of our Lodge, as it is only the second time that one of our members has been appointed to this distinguished position.
The Provincial Grand Master serves as the head of Freemasonry within a geographical province — in this case, the entire county of Sussex. Appointed by the Grand Master, HRH The Duke of Kent, the Provincial Grand Master leads and oversees all Masonic Lodges and Royal Arch Chapters in the province, supported by a dedicated team of Provincial Officers.
